My approach

With my flexible 1:1 sales coaching, I help you achieve your goals. By highlighting the sales issues that are important to you. Whether it is about the structure, for example a sales plan, a sales model, the customer engagement model, an account plan, a winning offer or a negotiation strategy: together with you I set up the structure that works best for you!

But I also help you with answers to ad hoc questions such as: critically evaluating your latest version of your account or sales plan or getting in touch with that one prospect.


Structure and flexibility bring results

Perhaps you do not know exactly how to make progress with a customer, resulting in the conclusion of a contract. Or you may have doubts about the content of your proposal; you may want to reflect on it before entering into negotiations. All things that require immediate attention during the sales process. Then it is nice to have someone with years of sales experience by your side. Someone who can point you in the right direction and strengthen your self-confidence in the dynamic sales process.




My Working Method

Over the years I have learned that my services have the most impact if I can continue to add value to the further professionalization of my clients’ sales departments. This sometimes means working together for a longer period and sometimes an ad-hoc intervision. Just what you need at that moment

Based on an hourly invoice, you can employ me to achieve the previously discussed goal. I use an hourly rate of €160. I not only offer you my pragmatic and creative sales experience, but you also have access to the many models, white papers with background information and templates that I have successfully used over the years. As a result, in addition to achieving your goal, you have also recorded your new working method in documents that you can share.
